‍ ‍ Insight into patterns.

‍ ‍ Movement beyond them.

Rather than only talking about patterns, I work with how they are held, supporting deeper and more lasting change.

Experiential, trauma-focused, and relational.

Hi, I’m Anne Walbridge, LCMHC/LPC. I provide therapy in Boulder, Colorado and via telehealth throughout Colorado and New Hampshire.

I work with individuals, women, parents, children, and young adults who feel stuck in emotional patterns, life transitions, anxiety, or experiences that are difficult to shift through insight alone.

Who I Work With

Individuals Feeling Stuck or Overwhelmed

For those navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that repeat despite understanding.

Women’s Mental Health & Life Transitions

Support through identity shifts, parenting changes, perinatal experiences, menopause, caregiving, and midlife transitions.

Parenting & Family Systems

Support with family dynamics, emotional patterns, and improving connection and stability at home.

Children & Young Adults

Developmentally attuned, experiential therapy supporting emotional regulation, growth, and behavior change.

What You May Be Experiencing

  • Feeling stuck in repeating emotional or relational patterns

  • Overwhelm, anxiety, or emotional intensity

  • Reactions that feel automatic or hard to control

  • Difficulty feeling grounded or steady

  • Experiences that feel unresolved or “stuck in the body”

My Approach

Therapy is relational, experiential, and paced with care.

I focus not only on what you are experiencing, but on how it is held emotionally and physically, supporting deeper and more lasting change.

  • Attachment-based and trauma-informed

  • EMDR and experiential therapy integrated when helpful

  • Focus on regulation, safety, and emotional awareness

Therapy becomes a space to actively work with experience—not just understand it.

About My Training

  • Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), experiential, trauma-informed, and play-informed approaches

  • Working toward certifications in Aging & Mental Health (ECAMHS), Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), and Dementia Care (ECDCS)

  • I integrate EMDR and experiential, trauma-focused care to support emotional processing and regulation across the lifespan
